Fulya Muftuoglu is a Berlin-based multidisciplinary artist and fashion designer. Beginning her career in fashion, she also explored performance and costume design before shifting toward more personal artistic expressions like acrylic painting, digital illustration, storytelling, and poetry.
Through her art, Fulya navigates the delicate tension between intimacy and exhibitionism, merging digital and traditional techniques to challenge perceptions of vulnerability. Her work has been showcased in exhibitions, festivals, and selected comic stores in Berlin.
Beyond her personal practice, she collaborates as a partner with Les Amis, leading community-based art workshops; and works as a teaching artist with Interact English, integrating creative expression into language education.
Her first graphic story, How I Survived My 40-Year-Old Thing, is available locally and online. Her second book, How I Decided To Call Myself An Artist, is set for release in May 2025. She is currently preparing for her solo exhibition, Shaping The Unseen, at the 48 Stunden Neukölln Festival in June 2025.
